Yes, one can recieve Reiki while sitting. Make sure to advise practitioner ahead of time if a sitting postition is perferred.

General you will need to fill out a short intake form. After this you will be asked to remove your shoes. Lights may be dimmed and soft relaxing music may be played and a room diffusurer may be on to help set a relaxing atmosphere. (Please advise the practitioner if you would prefer to have to music or the room diffuser turned off.)

Generally one should drink plenty of water after any energy session.
