Reiki

The word reiki is made up of the combination of Japanese and Chinese "Rei" (spiritual) and "Ki" (vital energy).

 

Reiki may promote feelings of:

  • Well being

  • Relaxation

  • Reduction of stress and anxiety 

 

This is achieved through lightly placing the hands of the practitioner just above or lightly on the body. This allows the vital energy to flow threw the practitioner's hands and to/through the clients' body. 

 

Sessions last 30 Minutes | 45 Minutes

Guided Meditation

Before the session, to give you an idea of what to expect, we'll discuss the dynamics of the mind and how to let it run freely. 

 

After getting comfortable, you'll close your eyes and listen to my voice as we start to focus on different breathing techniques. Each one designed to bring you that tranquil state of being where you can recharge from the everyday.

 

Mediation may promote:
